Job Description

Human Resources VIE - London As part of the Airbus Group Corporate Functions HR team in the UK Headquarters in London, you will support the HRBP to implement Headquarter HR policies designed to provide a competent and motivated human potential. • You will take the lead on an effective Starters, Movers and Leavers process for all internships in Airbus Group. • Be the Focal point between Managers and the HRBP regarding any new recruits' requirements. • Support line managers and the HRBP to resolve people issues affecting employees across six sites within the UK. • Participate in the career management by providing support on Salary and People review and prepare communications to increase the employees participation in Trainings. • Prepare and implement HR policies, processes and programs to the workforce. • Support on HR tools and ensure employees and managers take full advantage of the new HR portal. • Update the intranet HR policies so that processes become gradually harmonized with the rest of the Group. • Provide reporting to support the HRBP in daily requirements. • Preparation of regular HR communication to ensure employees are provided with relevant and timely information on HR processes, benefits and policies. • Provide proactive and efficient day to day administration to support the HRBP. • Preparation, organization and participation in the Employee Consultative Committee. • Involvement at various stages along the HR cycle. This is a true HR generalist role that will allow the selected candidate to be involved in all areas of HR within corporate functions including, but not limited to, comp and ben, HR life cycle, employee relations, talent and development and HR reporting. The selected candidate should have a Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, Humanities or equivalent. First relevant work experience in the field of Human Resources I am also looking for candidates with the following skills: • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of HR Tools desirable. • English: fluent / negotiation level • Team player with good communication and organizational skills
